ART TO REBUILT

Our business is based on the principle of the standard replacement. Our customers are also our first suppliers. That's returnable parts system. The customer who wants to buy a rebuilt product has to return his used part. The cores follow a rigorous rebuilding process before their commercialization.

As rebuilder, our know-how is made up 3 main stages.

Dismounting : dismounting of every component, washing, cleaning and drying.

Rebuilding : Every component follows a rebuilding line. In the first time, the pieces are submitted to different visual, mechanical and electric controls. These controls determine what kind of rebuilding is necessary. After the rebuilding, the pieces are submitted again to other new visual, mechanical and electric controls. These controls are the guarantee of our rebuilding quality.

Re-assembly : wearing parts are exchanged for new components and after that these pieces are jointed in order to rebuild either an alternator, either a starter or a drive shaft. Last, the rebuilt parts are painted. They are submitted to a last unit control and are stocked in the finished products warehouse in waiting for a customer's demand.
